www.fisherpaykel.com CAUTION:

Typically "turning OFF "demo" mode is merely pushing the correct
combinations of controls... (my opinion).

HOWEVER...
many FEATURES are undocumented and you can have
a PROFOUND impact on the NORMAL function of your appliance.

Do NOT play with it... USE your CUSTOMER SUPPORT...!

Hello, the model number is incorrect, you are missing a 4 or a 3 after the letter F. Based on the model JT5000SF4SS, the problem is the control board that also acts as a display board and touchpad, part number is WB27X25342, you can get it from RepairClinic and return it if it doesn't work.

You may have had a surge, please go to your breaker box and turn of the breaker for that device- it might already be tripped. keep it off for 1 minute and the reapply power by turning the circuit breaker back on and try to operate your unit.

perhaps you are not setting in enough time they work by minutes nor hours so if you want 2 hours you have to put in 120 minutes

You either have a bad control board or the touch pad has a button sticking and it needs the touch pad. The temperature sensor would not be a problem for this concern. I hope this helps.
