Call for service. Both of those items could have been tested with a digital multimeter in less than a minute each. Please never change items based on guesswork, test and then replace if failure is detected.
The next item up the chain of command is the Control Board and they are very expensive and always need professional diagnosis so you get the warranty on the part and on the job itself.

As long as you have continuity, they are fine, and it should be around 20 ohms plus or minus
Contact them direct. Misaligned doors are normally caused by the door becoming warped. Doors lift off catches for cleaning and should only go on one way. Door retention springs can go slack, but they still seat properly. It is not a make I have heard of, but it is obviously a high end appliance. The price must be so frightening that they don't tell you on the webpage!

Are you sure that model number is correct? His range of Toaster Ovens is the subject of a recall. Puck only puts his name on them, and they are of inferior quality and made in China.

There are no spares and therefore no aftersales support although you could try the number in the recall. Recalls generally only force the seller to refund.

A good appliance electronics shop may be able to sell you a generic rotary switch if your model isn't part of the recall.

Clean grease off the fan blades, remove the fan motor and re-secure it. Make sure there are no blades missing from the fan. Lubricate the fan shaft. Make sure any guard on the fan is not fouling and make sure the guard is properly secured. Vibration is what is likely causing the noise.
Or just replace the fan parts.
