Replace the Black drum and developer unit (P9) (P16) and clean the IDC forward sensor(P5) (Requires removing the Transfer belt)
L4 Black Drum Rotation well passed its life.
Take the bin out, lie it on its back and vacuum inside with the brush attachment. There is a catch inside or an IR sensor. Put the bin back in with it lying down.
We had a heavy use shredder that would do this. Sometimes a gentle tap with the foot at the bottom of the bin would reset it.

Either the switch is broken, the throat sensor has failed, or there is a broken wire.
Reverse is a manual operation of the switch. Normal forward is an operation of the sensor plus the switch being set to automatic operation.

200 kilos seem a lot to drop into a shredder. Either the weight is jamming it, or it needs lubricating to remove resistance. I would also think that shredding 'film' would jam up the teeth.

If you've modified one of the trays and still encounter the same error, it's worth checking if there are any obstructions in the paper path or if the default paper type and color settings need adjustment.
Remove Jammed Paper From Tray 1:
First, remove any paper from the Bypass Tray.
Grasp both sides of the Bypass Tray and pull it straight out of the printer.
Next, pull out Tray 1 until it stops. To remove the tray, lift the front of it slightly, then pull it out of the printer.
Check for any jammed paper and remove it.
Also, make sure there's no crumpled paper left in the tray or jammed inside the printer.
If you have Tray 2 (optional), check it as well.
Insert Tray 1 back into the printer and push it all the way in.
Fully insert the Bypass Tray as well.
Confirm the paper settings if prompted.
Try your job again.
Power the Printer Off then On:
Press the Power/Wake button on the printer control panel.
Choose "Power Off" to turn off the printer.
Wait for a few seconds, then press the Power/Wake button again to turn it back on.
Retry your print job.
Replace the Paper Feed Roller (if needed):
If the issue persists, consider replacing the paper feed roller. Refer to your printer's documentation for instructions on how to do this.
