it needs service or is full the service manual on it covers that, lost the manual? if yes, lost ask the maker for it. they are a top brand, for sure.

You can try the following: 1# Check the main power cable & make sure it has 110V (Do not run the machine with long extension cable).2# Check all harness connection.3# Check keyboard cable connection on back of control board.4# If all the cable connection is good then you may need to replace the control board.
