My delsey combo lock won't lock?
If your Delsey combo lock won't lock, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the battery: Make sure the battery in the lock is not dead. If the battery is low, replace it with a new one.
- Check the lock's alignment: Make sure that the lock is properly aligned with the suitcase zipper. Sometimes the lock may be slightly off-center, which can prevent it from locking properly.
- Check the lock's mechanism: Make sure that the lock's mechanism is not jammed or damaged. If it is, it may need to be repaired or replaced.
- Check the lock's code: Make sure you have entered the correct code for the lock. If you have forgotten the code, you may need to reset the lock or contact the manufacturer for assistance.
- Clean the lock: Sometimes dirt and debris can accumulate in the lock mechanism, preventing it from functioning properly. Clean the lock with a soft cloth and mild soap.
- Check the suitcase: Make sure the suitcase is not damaged in any way that can prevent the lock from closing properly.
If none of these solutions work, it may be best to contact Delsey customer service for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or may suggest to get the lock serviced.

I have a Winchester 14 gun safe. I forgot the digital code.
Apparently when you got the safe, you also got an emergency key for it as well, just in case you forgot the combination. The key also permits you to reprogram the safe. Where might the key be? --Perhaps with the documentation for the safe or a safety deposit box or gun maintenance materials. It is anybody's guess where you hid the key. You otherwise will have a difficult time opening the safe on your own. You may need a referral to a locksmith but here is the phone number to the technical services of Winchester Safes: Technical Service at 877-948-6723.

Can you use the Saflok HH6 to open a door with a dead internal battery. If so How?
Question moved from Cars and Trucks to Electronic Locks.
Yes you can if you have the System 6000. From the manual.

Emergency Lock Power Supply (ELPS) The Emergency Lock.
Power Supply is used to restore battery power to a lock that has insufficient internal battery power. When inserted into the lock, and inserting a cut valid keycard, a lock with a dead battery can be activated. This capability eliminates the need to forcibly remove a lock from a door because it has lost power. Once the door has been opened, the batteries can be replaced.
Lock Programmer and Interrogator (LPI) Interface Probe / ELPS power override
The Lock Programmer and Interrogator Interface Probe serves as an interface between the LPI Device and the lock. The probe can be used to program locks or to interrogate a lock when it is necessary to obtain a history of the keycards that were used to access the lock. The smartcard probe also allows an emergency override option when a dead battery condition occurs on a lock. Once the door has been opened, the batteries can be replaced.

Security lock and keyless entry
Not all the time but sometimes it is the result of trying to use the door handle too soon. Try a small pull and then a push.
At other times, it is caused by gears wearing out from a handle being frequently pushed down. Try lifting the handle up.
As I don't know the brand or model of the security lock, I'm hard pressed to offer a fix. Sounds like a mechanical issue rather than an electronic one. If so, disassembly is required. Why am I envisioning the door having to be taken off the hinges? Sadly, looks like a job for a locksmith.

Replaced battery, now safe doesn't lock when closed
Is there power on the display? Bad batteries, or incorrectly installed. Or you haven't set the new code which is erased when the batteries come out.
Always do testing with the door open.
'make model (what it is)' in all questions please.
