Don't speed. If the police will not answer your question you have to assume they are using them. Don't be late, it just causes more problems. If you ran the light, you ran the light and using that excuse of the person behind you was too close will not help with the police or traffic court.

With a YO you may apply. When completing the app for the written test, I would put down that you have not been convicted of any crime unless the app specifically asks you to disclose any YO sealed cases. If you pass the exam and all other steps to make it to your Background Investigator, I would then disclose that you had a YO and be truthful about it. Be prepared to explain, write, and sign everything on paper for every little detail that occured the day you got arrested as a juevi. From there on it's up to the BI.

You have a sealed case but your record is all over the NYPD's database. They have your fingerprints @ the pct your were arrested at. Your mug shots at the pct and at central booking. You went through the system so there are records of you being arrested. Even tho the case is sealed you have a record of being arrested and they will sure enough find out.
