If you've converted your Maytag oven to LP (propane) and you're experiencing issues with the oven and broiler not receiving propane and not producing a flame, there could be a few possible causes:
Gas supply: Ensure that the propane supply to the oven is turned on and the gas valve is fully open. Check that the propane tank is properly connected and that there is sufficient propane in the tank. If the tank is low or empty, it may need to be refilled.
Incorrect conversion: Double-check that the conversion from natural gas to LP was done correctly. Verify that the conversion orifices have been installed in the correct locations and that the air adjustment shutters or plates have been adjusted according to the manufacturer's instructions. Improper conversion can result in inadequate gas flow and a lack of flame.
Clogged orifices: It's possible that the orifices, which control the flow of gas, have become clogged with debris or residue during the conversion process. Clean the orifices using a small brush or a compressed air canister specifically designed for cleaning gas orifices.
Gas pressure: LP gas operates at a higher pressure than natural gas. Ensure that the pressure regulator on the oven has been adjusted or replaced to accommodate LP gas. If the regulator is not properly set for LP gas, it may not deliver the correct pressure for proper combustion.
Faulty ignition system: If the oven and broiler are glowing but not producing a flame, there may be an issue with the ignition system. Check the igniter for any signs of damage or wear. A faulty igniter may not generate enough heat to ignite the propane. Consider replacing the igniter if necessary.
If you've checked these potential issues and the problem persists, it may be best to contact a qualified appliance technician or the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting steps or arrange for a service visit to diagnose and resolve the issue with your Maytag oven.
Why you should never use the self cleaning cycle. It breaks ovens which gives the makers spare parts to sell.

Question edited for clarity and spelling of thermocouple.Question moved from Heating and Cooling to maker category.I can think of two reasons for this on a catering oven.1. the burner has become blocked or has partially blocked jets increasing pressure to the ones closest to the pilot. Remove it and boil it in heavy duty cleaner and water and scrub it. Rinse well and replace.1. Most thermocouples have a shroud to contain the flame and very often they will burn away, drop off or move. It holds the flame where it is supposed to be on the thermocouple.https://www.google.com/search?q=comstock+castle+oven+blowing+out+pilot+light..

This is so confusing
You say
"The oven and broiler elements are not working"
Then you say
"Everything works except the burners'.
so nothing works? No oven/broiler elements and no burners? It make me wonder what the 'everything' is that works? The clock? The oven light?
Sounds like the main house breaker has flipped. On my older GE stove from the 1980s there are glass screw in fuses hidden below the controls and above the hobs. You undo the switch bezel for the oven light and the switch bezel for the rotisserie and pull the panel forward exposing 8 fuses. If all yours blew, it would be very strange!

E8 is just a generic 'the oven isn't working code'. The most obvious thing is a failed element. Check it with a digital multimeter.

Are you sure it's a good idea to do everything yourself? I don't think you should do that because you can easily connect the wires the wrong way, and I don't even want to think what can happen in that case.
When an Electrolux glass cooktop displays the "ER" error code on one burner, it typically indicates an issue with that specific burner. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can follow to try and fix the problem:
1. Turn off the power: Start by turning off the power to the cooktop at the circuit breaker. This ensures your safety while working on the appliance.
2. Check for debris or obstructions: Inspect the affected burner for any debris, food residue, or obstructions. Clean the burner thoroughly with a soft cloth or sponge, ensuring there is no buildup that could be causing the error.
3. Reset the cooktop: After cleaning, reset the cooktop by turning the power back on at the circuit breaker. This may clear the error code and allow the burner to function properly again.
4. Check the wiring: If the error persists, there might be a wiring issue. In this case, it is recommended to contact a professional technician or the Electrolux customer service for assistance. Working with electrical components can be dangerous, so it's best to have a qualified professional handle the repair.
Electrolux customer service can provide further guidance and troubleshooting steps specific to your model if needed.
If the Electrolux range touch pad for model EW30ES6CGS4 is not shutting off the glass burner even when it shows that it is off, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check for any physical damage: Inspect the touch pad and the burner area for any visible damage, such as cracks or signs of overheating. If you notice any damage, it may indicate a need for repair or replacement of the affected parts.
Power cycle the range: Turn off the range by disconnecting it from the power source or by turning off the breaker for a few minutes. Afterward, reconnect the power or turn the breaker back on and see if the touch pad responds correctly.
Check for error codes: Some range models have error code displays that can provide information about specific issues. Refer to the user manual or manufacturer's website for instructions on how to interpret error codes, if applicable. This may help identify the underlying problem.
Perform a factory reset: Look for instructions in the user manual on how to perform a factory reset for your specific range model. This can sometimes resolve software glitches or settings issues that may be affecting the touch pad's functionality.
Contact customer support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it is advisable to contact Electrolux customer support or schedule a service appointment with a qualified technician. They will have the expertise to diagnose the problem accurately and recommend appropriate solutions or repairs.
When reaching out to customer support or a technician, provide them with specific details about the issue, the model number (EW30ES6CGS4), and any error codes or messages displayed on the touch pad. This information will assist them in providing you with the most effective support or service.
