Same here. ALWAYS happens when I boil a whole chicken. Goes off & starts flashing about 3/4 thru. I just assumed it's to hot for to long. it's glass top. Anybody know?

Display cleaning protection If you wipe over the control panel while the hob is switched on, settings may be changed. To avoid this, the hob has a function you can use to lock the control panel for cleaning. To activate: Remove the twist knob. An audible signal sounds. The ? indicator and the hob settings flash. The control panel is locked for 10 minutes. You can now wipe over the surface of the control panel without altering the settings. To deactivate: Put the twist knob back on within 10 minutes. Presuming the flame is touching the thermocouple, try putting slightly more pressure on the knob and hold for a few seconds longer. If this doesn't work try going through the same process with the knob removed - if this works you need to put a small piece of packing in the shaft of the knob ( a small piece paper might do). If this fails you need a new thermocouple.

I have a stove that doesn't light (click) I've replaced the igniters, I've replaced the knobs, and I've replace the box all the igniters and plugged into. There's nothing else to change out and it still doesn't give a spark. I've got gas and electricity but nothing will light

I would firstly talk to your supplier and ask. If you get nowhere, contact the manufacturer as the warranty is with them.
