WHAT CAN YOU DO TO STOP LITTERING

It is impossible to stop entirely, so the wording of the question invites ridicule. Question should be how to reduce or lower amount of littering? More trash cans, or more recyclable containers, with even a reward for empty bottles, etc. More recycling services, including home collection.

Travelinng at 40.ooo kph how long to travel 1 light year

Hopefully, I can explain this correctly. 1 light year = 9.461e+15 m = 9.416e+12 km I assume from your notation that you are travelling at 40 000 kph. 40 000 = 4.000e+5 Now we have everything in the same units, we can divide the light year by speed to get time. 9.416 x 10^12 = ------------------- 4.000 x 10^5 = 2.354 x 10^7 hours = 23 540 000 hours = 980 833 days = 2 685 years Good luck, Paul

Definition of low pressure system

Standing on the ground and looking up, you are looking through the atmosphere. It might not look like anything is there, especially if there are no clouds in the sky. But what you don't see is air - lots of it. We live at the bottom of the atmosphere and the weight of all the air above us is called air pressure. A tower of air that is 1 inch square and goes from the bottom of the atmosphere is 14.7 pounds. That means air exerts 14.7 pounds per square inch (psi) of pressure at the Earth's surface. High in the atmosphere, air pressure decreases. With less air molecules above, there is less pressure from the weight of air above. Pressure varies from day-to-day at the Earth's surface - the bottom of the atmosphere. This is, in part, because the Earth is not equally heated by the Sun. Areas where air is warmed often have lower pressure because the warm air rises and are called low pressure systems. Places where air pressure is high are called high pressure systems. A low pressure system has lower pressure at its center than the areas around it. Winds blow towards the low pressure, and the air rises in the atmosphere where they meet. As the air rises, the water vapor within it condenses forming clouds and often precipitation too. Because of Earth's spin and the Coriolis Effect, winds of a low pressure system swirl counterclockwise north of the equator and clockwise south of the equator. This is called cyclonic flow. On weather maps a low pressure system is labeled with red L. A high pressure system has higher pressure at its center than the areas around it. Wind blows away from high pressure. Winds of a high pressure system swirl in the opposite direction as a low pressure system - clockwise north of the equator and counterclockwise south of the equator. This is called anticyclonic flow. Air from higher in the atmosphere sinks down to fill the space left as air blew outward. On a weather map the location of a high pressure system is labeled with a blue H. How do we know what the pressure is? How do we know how it changes over time? Today, electronic sensors are used to measure air pressure in weather stations. The sensors are able to make continuous measurements of pressure over time. In the past, barometers were used that measured how much air pushed on a fluid such as mercury. Historically, measurements of air pressure were described as "inches of mercury." Today, meteorologists use millibars (mb) to describe air pressure. Otters river

River otters can be found all across the United States except for in the desert and the Florida Keys. They live in both freshwater and slightly salty, brackish habitats. As their name suggests, they inhabit rivers, but they also inhabit lakes, as well. River otters choose their habitat based on how much food and shelter they can find. As a result, their habitat can change depending on the season. For example, they will move from temporarily flooded marshes to cypress swamps that have permanent ponds. They make their dens in bank burrows, under trees and stumps, or in thick vegetation. An image of what they look like is attached. Screenshot

How does a built environment reflects the cultures and histories

Something to help with your understanding of the answer and the question itself: http://hiaconnect.edu.au/old/files/Built_Environment_&_Wellbeing.pdf The built environment provides the setting and backdrop by which we live our lives, and impacts on our senses, our emotions, participation in physical activity and community life, our sense of community, and general wellbeing. Meanings are generated by buildings and spaces, which we 'read' as we pass through them. Places are created and shaped by those in control of resources and with certain interests, which affects our degree of access to, and the way we use, those spaces. People living in particular localities may be prone to particular diseases if the aetiology of that disease is located in the environments in which they live. Although disease and illness may be caused by a virus or toxic substance, it may be social institutions and practices which actually create the circumstances in which people come into contact with these disease- inducing agents. Places have certain environmental characteristics, such as the availability of healthy foods, health-affirming services, community norms and so on, which influence health behaviour. Health disadvantage is exacerbated in socially and economically disadvantaged settings. Health promotion strategies need to take into consideration the impact of social structure, place and time on people's health-related knowledge, attitudes and behaviours. People with disabilities are not only marginalised by social and political structures, but these same structures are reflected in the built environment. These built forms serve to reinforce the physical and psychosocial isolation associated with their disability.

What are manufactures and their role in the economic cycle

The word image is an unbound morpheme, not a bound morpheme, because it is a word by itself. In any language,a morpheme is a unit of meaning. A word is an unbound morpheme because it is a unit of meaning when it stands alone, not bound to anything else. Image is a morpheme in "imagination," but, because image is a word in itself, image is an unbound morpheme, rather than a bound morpheme. Thanks to Charles Cairns in comments, I have some example of bound morphemes. Any prefix or suffix that is not a word in itself is a bound morpheme. That would include terms like infra (used in infrastructure and infrared, but not a word in itself). Also suffixes, like -s and -es to make a word plural. I asked Charles for some word roots that were bound morphemes, and he suggested pant- as in pants and scissor- as in scissors. Original example, questioned by linguist Charles Cairns in comments. In contrast, in English, -struct- is a bound morpheme. It is not a word in itself. Yet it can be a suffix, as in instruct, or a prefix, as in structure. Or it can be a root, as in destructive. A unit of meaning that is not a word in itself, but is any or all of these: prefix, suffix, infix, or root is a bound morpheme. Charles challenged this because most or all the words that contain -struct- are from the Latin, so it may be that it is a Latin root, but, as new words are not developing in English, not a bound morpheme in English. As he is the expert, I bow to his knowledge. At the same time, I wonder about words like reconstruction, deconstruction, and infrastructure. As I suspect some of these words were created in English, one might make a case for -struct- being a bound morpheme with more and more prefixes and suffixes being added on. For more, see Bound and unbound morphemes - Wikipedia.
