How do I fix code E5 on Bonaire evap cooler

To fix code E5 on a Bonaire evaporative cooler, which typically indicates a water management issue, try the following steps:
  1. Check the water level in the unit to ensure it's sufficient.
  2. Inspect the water inlet valve for blockages or malfunction and clean or replace as necessary.
  3. Clean the filter and pump to ensure proper water flow.
  4. Reset the unit by turning it off at the power source, waiting a minute, and turning it back on.
If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact Bonaire customer support for further assistance.

Hitachi ahu ac error code showing communication error between idu odu

Let's troubleshoot this problem:
  1. Check Wiring Connections:
    • Ensure that all wires connecting the IDU and ODU are securely connected. Loose or disconnected wires can cause communication errors.
  2. Inspect Terminals:
    • Examine the terminals for any signs of damage or corrosion. Clean them if necessary.
  3. Verify Correct Wiring:
    • Confirm that the wiring is correctly installed according to the manufacturer's specifications. Incorrect wiring can lead to communication problems.
  4. Fuse Check:
    • Check if any fuses related to the AC system have tripped or blown. Replace them if needed.
  5. Power Status:
    • Make sure the power supply to the outdoor unit is ON. If it's OFF, the communication cannot occur.

IDYLIS IAP 10 200 air cleaner won't turn back on, possibly internal fuse?

Just went through this after replacing Carbon filters. There is a 250V 15A fuse on one of the circuit boards but, by far, the more likely problem is incorrect seating of the front cover after replacing the filters. On the lower right side of the front cover is a rod which must go into the hole and engages a pressure switch that will kill power if the front cover is removed. This can be checked just by looking into the right hand side with the front cover installed. Ten second fix.

Human Touch ZERO GRAVITY G2 Recliner. I need to replace the whole remote unit for it. The wiring was chewed through by puppy dog. The company was not at all helpful.

Question edited for clarity. Bad luck, and the company will get some negative advertising by your question as this will end up indexed by Google. There are some vendors for spare parts. If it is just a multicore wire that was damaged, that is available by the foot. https://www.google.com/search?q=human+touch+ZERO+GRAVITY+G+2+remote+replacement ..

Dayton fuel trimmer 60000 btu. Everything lights and fan turns on but the flame isn't very big and the air isn't very hot. Warm maybe. What can I do to get more heat and a bigger flame?

I assume this is a typical heater, with an on/off thermostat rather than temperature-dependent flame size controller. Make sure the burner is clean and the flame holes are not clogged. Also make sure the heat exchanger is clean, not loaded with ash or dust. Verify that you have adequate air supply to the heater (if the flame gets much larger when you have doors open all the way to the outdoors, you definitely have a problem, including a safety issue) and that the exhaust stack is not blocked. I've seen issues caused by bird or wasp nests in the vent plumbing. Check inlet gas pressure, and verify that the heater main gas valve is functioning. (If you have recently added another gas appliance, the piping may not permit adequate gas flow when both are running.) If you have your gas piped in from a utility company, you may have to ask them to verify adequate flow and pressure at the meter. Check the inlet to the gas valve to make sure it is not clogged with sediment (requires shutting off gas and removing the inlet plumbing from the valve).

Where is the battery door for pstsl21p52 proselect thermostat?

From the owner's manual:
  • Open front thermostat door and open battery compartment door.
  • Install two new "AA" alkaline batteries. Locate the positive (+) ends of the batteries and match them with the positive (+) terminals located in the battery compartment. Close battery compartment.
Going by the photo of the thermostat, it looks like there's a finger recess or latch on the right side of the thermostat that you pull on to swing the front open. If there is unexpected behavior from the thermostat after replacing the battery, see the reset procedure in the installation section of the manual.
