What are the measurements of the connecting rod?

between all the collectors measure from the 2 the brusholders by slow turning around step by step the commutator and read at every step the resistance value, that should be on every step (almost) the same value if there is a gap on one step then replace the armature and in most case the associated drive sprocket because of in some cases a bad noise comming fromout the tool if the tool is much used. Always measure the electric field that its also in balance. the values are depend on model (the wattage)

Where can I buy carbon brushes for a rockworth concrete breaker ARPD 2050W please

take a sample to an appliance repair center or to an electric tool repair shop many brushes are generic as manufacturers seldom make their own and brushes can be shaped to suit

H45sb start but dont hammering

Or a 320825 CONNECTING ROD or worn striker / or second hammer this is a very high priority very critical peace because of its a 2 millimeter 2 short difference sometimes to measure it will not good reach each other because of the chicel. must can get an idle mode if there is no push and by Hitachi you never believe it it gets worn you should see the difference with new parts pos 12 until 25 (parts 24 and 18 are the high priority parts together) its not a good idea to service a hammer where gaskets seals or o-rings are not fully air-tight. then the o-rings are burning again in a very short time because the tool becomes inside dry and overheat if its starts leaking https://devs.hitachi-koki.co.jp/ois/explodedDiagram.html?type=svg&modelName=H+45SR&newwindow=true

My Jackhammer starts for a good 5 seconds then stops but continues to make a humming sound. Can you tell me what could be wrong

Sound like a bearing problem the armature (if electric) then it could also then touches the metal of the electric field. so the armature is not in balance in the middle or the field is become loose by the vibration he then drags on the field and then there is no induction anymore. it adheres magnetically with a good humming , it is not the capacitor because there is a start direction every time so when lubrication is necessary then allways use all rings to replace because it has no target to replace one ring and it are different rings also different materials choiced on acid temperature dissipation material on any place could be different The front may have leaking air specially on the battle bolt . The right grease for a slow rpm hammer or special oil for the high rpm hammer.

My jackhammer stoped hammering please help

if the internal motor still runs , but the chisel doesn't move , this is a sure sign that the drive pin has broken off , un plug and remove lower part of tool , there just after the motor shaft is a flat gear looking item , it has a pin sticking out of it bottom side , except I bet yours doesn't have it sticking out any longer , this pin will need replaced , this occurs when operator gets tool stuck in hole and pulls back while running it , ive changed a few in years past

Bosch sds oil the kit came with 50 ml do I need more

No its a little white plastic bottle between 45 and 50 ml comes with the consumables kit by some type of drills , for new readers of this old question be aware and pay attention if you service this kind of machines there is on the manual a great problem there is needed an extra ring of pos 102 the ring between gridring pos 47 and ring 51 sometimes it is delivered with 2 rings 102 and sometimes not but its fitted perfect its running smooth for longer time a gap must between 0.08 and 0.22 mm tolerance because 1 ring is wrong look also on the drawing of the gbh4-32dfr there is again a new and wrong positioning of this 2 rings pos 102 the 2 rings are not in that drawing between the pos 47 and 51 but there are 2 rings and in your machine 11240 you should have also 2 rings and thats correct if its only one then order a ring extra for doing a good service job
