I had a scare in the supermarket, how do i deal with it?

I would say, in my personal (albeit, unprofessional) opinion, that you handled it well, in that you tried to remain calm. That is a good instinct to have in such a situation that you would otherwise want to panic or act poorly. There's honestly not a lot you can do most of the time. If issues like this are ongoing for you, and give you any major trouble in day-to-day life, you may want to seek professional help or look for support groups in your area or online. There's nothing wrong with looking for help with a problem you have, no matter what kind.

If gasoline is the same price in my town as diesel and biodiesel (it's always the same price) what fuel is the best for me? buying a new car?

Energy density says with diesel at 35.8 megajoules per liter and gasoline at 34.2, you should go a bit further with diesel. Energy density Wikipedia Diesel, esp. from petro sources, tends to create more hydrocarbon pollutants and particulates per distance traveled, esp on short hops where the engine doesn't warm up to it's higher efficiency range. Diesels like running on long trips. Diesel engines tend to be noisier. Diesel could have issues with fuel gelling in very cold weather if it has insufficient winter additives, and sometimes even that isn't enough for a frigid weather startup.. Gasoline is more refined than diesel and likely has a bigger production environmental footprint than diesel, although diesel has a bigger combustion environmental footprint. Biodiesel can be better depending on its source. Usually you do not have the choice of diesel vs. gasoline for the same model of car, so there will be other factors to consider besides fuel type. Best wishes shopping for your next vehicle.

What do I do with my plastic water bottles?

DIY recycling projects are always cool, especially when you can turn your trash into something new and useful. There are many ways to recycle before, but it turns out there's so much that you can do with recycling plastic bottles that they deserved their own post. The PET plastic that most plastic beverage bottles are made of is a fairly useful material - it's resilient, flexible, transparent and food safe. As such, there are probably countless applications for these bottles that will give them second lives.

Fuel Question , What Fuel is the cheapest and gives the Highest Mileage per Litre in Engines ?

Steam or electric are probably cheapest TO RUN... But most expensive to buy.... Butane would probably be next... It is actually a Mixture of Butane, Methane and a few others... In Australia it is the same as we use for the BBQ..... This would probably be next.... but unless the car is Factory converted,... then you will probably need some Petrol/Gasoline just to start .. You use maybe 2 or 3 Cupfuls each time so you don't use Much... It is also a Good backup if you run out of LPG....... The rest... it depends on th e Government and Fuel Companies which one is cheapest but what it SHOULD be id From cheapest up... Diesel, Unleaded, Premium Unleaded Forget the rest... They would be cheap to run but the conversion would be so expensive it would be not worth the effort

If many people switched to bio-diesel, how many cars could be powered only on used cooking oil?

Bio Diesel is Great... It can be made from Many Organic Products INCLUDING used Cooking Oils. I had a Hilux Diesel I ran on it for a while. To get an Accurate number of Vehicles running on ONLY Used Cooking Oil is impossible due to the Fact that there is no way of Knowing how many get oil and put it into the fuel tank right away... after being Filtered. I know 2 People who collect used Cooking Oils and Filter it three or 4 times before putting it into the Fuel Tank... Thus there is no way to be able to add these people to the list You could probably get rough Figures... not sure where.... I assume this is for some type of exam or similar??? Sorry I can't give a better answer but as you see by what I did answer... It is Impossible to be accurate

Do any old people believe in global warming or polluting?

I am not a young person... i believe that weather is caused by more then one variable... be it from the Sun's energy... or from something called Smog... or pollution... or simply... changes just happen, because it's happened before... and we go thru cycles... cycles that are longer in time then your typical lifespan.I believe people will have an agenda to exploit climate for their own cause. Elderly people buying unhealthy food may not be a matter of choice... but in reality the result of economics. I dont know what to tell you about the double bagging... maybe consider getting her a reusable sack for her groceries...If she refuses, then maybe it's time to ask her directly... if she responds kindly then maybe you have a chance to turn her around...If she is rude or less then kind, then express that you are concerned.Hopefully she will appreciate someone that cares for her. Can i charge a 12v battery with two 6v solar panels.?

Yes, but you'll need a voltage boost regulator and preferably maximal sunlight on the panels. Many conventional 12V Pb batteries require 13.8V for charging. A charge meter and automatic shutoff are desirable.
