I have a Patterson Eventer golf buggy, it goes about 12 inches and stops abruptly in forward or reverse. What's wrong?

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to golf. Solenoid. (electro-magnetically operated switch) What are the symptoms of a bad solenoid in a golf cart? On an electric golf cart, the most common symptom is the solenoid is not delivering electricity to the controller when the vehicle's ignition is turned on. In normal operating conditions, the solenoid clicks on and off with the ignition switch. A failing solenoid will generally not click. https://www.google.com/search?q=patterson+golf+buggy+solenoid If it clicks, it is more likely to be the accelerator potentiometer, basically the variable gas pedal. 1973 E-Z-GO Golf Cart. Why does my plug wire get so hot?

Plug wires should low ohms and if its old or pinched/otherwise damaged it could be creating resistance which would create heat. The stop and start coukd also be wire damage and luck. There can also be an issue with the voltage regulator causing the start/stop issue as older ones had heat effected spring steel relay switch designs. start with fresh plug wires and plugs. Be ready for a possible coil but typically if a coil is firing hot it would heat both wires and the issue may go a step farther back and include a regulator or ballast resistor if so equipped. Keep it simple: plug wires. They are readily available for that model online as are plugs, coils, igniters, etc. there even repair manuals if you wish to go that far.

My Ruff & Tuff golf carts have a new battery and new speed sensor. I have a big problem, as the cart moves too slow! Do you recommend any solution to the problem?

It is a known issue. Not much in the way of fixes. There doesn't seem to be a listed manufacturer, which generally means they are made in China at the cheapest price point and badged to a seller chain. The only thing I can suggest is to make sure the battery is fully charged and make sure that all the connectors are clean. Spray with electrical contact cleaner. https://www.google.com/search?safe=off&rlz=1C1QJDB_enCA643CA644&sxsrf=ALeKk02F9aqVmHZsaEzXVbKGRaWjup_92g%3A1615436749222&ei=zZtJYIqcDcaFtQbkwpL4Ag&q=tuff+%26+ruff+gtolf+cart+too+slow ..

My Mr. Heater keeps falling out of the cupholders in my golf cart. What can I do to keep it secure. My next door neighbor, a real DIY guy, has the same problem and we can't solve it.

This wil possibly be either an issue with the cup holder itself or the sprung mounting clips on the actual heater. Some cup holder slots are designed for larger 'Jumbo' cups so the hole is too big for the heater body to grip enough. Another reason could be the spring loaded "legs" on the heater base may be weak or faulty. All I can suggest is contact Mr Heater directly to see if they supply an adapter of some type.
