The flashing light is just warning you the freezer is no cold enough and a fault status exists.
Check that the cooling fins on the condenser are clear. Check the internal fan is working. It may need a top up of refrigerant gas.

If your Whirlpool upright freezer is working fine but an intermittent alarm is sounding that is different from the high temperature alarm, it could indicate an issue with the door or the door switch. The alarm is designed to alert you if the door has been left open for an extended period or if the door switch is malfunctioning. Check the door seal to ensure it is tight and the door is closing properly. You can also try cleaning the door switch to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to contact a professional for further assistance.

Disconnect the mains power for 5 minutes to reset the control board. If that doesn't fix it, call for service.
If the compressor on your Delfield 6125S freezer is not staying running, there could be a few possible causes. Here are a few things you can check:
Check the thermostat: Make sure that the thermostat is set to the correct temperature and that it is functioning properly. A faulty thermostat can prevent the compressor from turning on.
Check the compressor relay: The compressor relay is responsible for turning the compressor on and off. If the relay is faulty, the compressor may not stay running. You can check the relay by using a multimeter to test for continuity across the relay's terminals.
Check the compressor motor: The compressor motor could be faulty and not able to start or stay running. You can check the motor by using a multimeter to test the winding resistance.
Check the condenser coils: The condenser coils could be dirty or clogged with dust, which can cause the compressor to overheat and shut off. Clean the condenser coils with a brush or compressed air to remove any dust or debris.
Check the compressor's oil level: If the oil level is low, the compressor could be damaged.
Check the overload protector: The overload protector is a safety device that is designed to protect the compressor from damage caused by excessive current. If the overload protector has tripped, the compressor will not start or stay running.
It's worth noting that a compressor not staying running could also be caused by a more complex issue, such as a problem with the compressor's electronic control module. If none of these steps resolve the issue, I would recommend contacting a qualified technician or the manufacturer for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose and repair the issue with your freezer and give you an estimate of the cost of repair.
There are a few potential causes of a noisy bottom freezer. Here are some things you can try to fix the problem:
Check for frost buildup: Frost buildup can cause the freezer to become louder as it has to work harder to keep things frozen. To check for frost buildup, remove all items from the freezer and unplug the fridge. Then, use a hair dryer to melt any frost that has accumulated on the evaporator coils (usually located behind the back panel of the freezer).
Check for loose parts: Some common sources of noise in a freezer are loose screws, washers, or other small parts. Check for any loose items and tighten them as needed.
Check the evaporator fan: The evaporator fan is responsible for circulating air within the freezer. If the fan is not working properly, it can cause the freezer to become noisy. You can check the fan by removing the back panel of the freezer and listening for any unusual noises. If you suspect the fan is the problem, you may need to replace it.
Check the compressor: The compressor is responsible for circulating refrigerant and cooling the freezer. If the compressor is malfunctioning, it can cause the freezer to become noisy. You can check the compressor by listening for any unusual noises or by checking the compressor with a multimeter. If you suspect the compressor is the problem, you may need to replace it.
If you are unable to fix the problem yourself, you may want to consider contacting a repair service. They will be able to diagnose and fix the issue more accurately.

Please don't type in all CAPS, it is considered SHOUTING and rude, plus harder to read.
You have a dead short to earth. Strip off all the panels and look for water where it shouldn't be and chaffed cables especially near holes in the casing. If you can't find anything, you need to check individual items, compressor, pump, and grinder with a multimeter. Or just call for service.
It is supposed to! If it didn't it would just get colder and colder. The switching is done by the thermostat to maintain the temperature you set it at.
If you suspect that your fridge control panel has stopped working, the first thing to try is resetting it. To do this, simply press and hold the power button for several seconds until all of the indicator lights turn on.

It is properly called a door 'gasket'. I looked at two sites and the part is discontinued, but there are other outlets you can try. If you can't find one, you can buy gasket material and make your own. Make 45' miters and seal the corners with white silicone.

Usually because the insulation between the walls has broken down, or if it is stored in a garage, mice have got in there and removed the foam to build a nest. You need a new one.
