Do you have a manual for an osceola power equipment Magnum iii plus 49cc ice auger

Osceola is now Strikemaster (Rapala); I think that model uses a Tecumseh power plant, so the linked manual should get you pretty close. If you need more specifics about the engine, see if you can find a model number on a label or spec number stamped directly on the engine (e.g., TC300-xxxxx xxxxx). https://www.rapala.com/on/demandware.static/-/Sites-rapala-Library/default/dw48864169/downloads/strikemaster/2hp_operator_manual.pdf

I cannot find an anti reverse switch on a shimano sienna 1000 spinning reel....is it me or is there no switch?

The anti-reverse lever is under the body, right against the spool..its recessed a little to keep it out of the way and prevent accidental "switching".. I added a diagram...its number 8978 Shimano SN 1000FD Sienna FD Spinning Reel Parts please mark as helpful.. thanks
