Let's troubleshoot this issue and find a compatible heating element.
Check the Igniter: The igniter is responsible for lighting the gas burner. If it's faulty, the dryer won't heat. Inspect the igniter for any visible cracks or damage. If needed, replace it.
Thermal Fuse: The thermal fuse is a safety device that cuts off power to the heating element if the dryer overheats. Check if the thermal fuse is blown (no continuity). If so, replace it.
Gas Valve Solenoids: These solenoids control the gas flow to the burner. If they're defective, the dryer won't heat. Test them for continuity using a multimeter. Replace if necessary.
Heating Element: Since you specifically asked about the heating element, let's focus on that. The compatible heating element for your Haier gas dryer model RDG350AW is the Haier Dryer Heating Element (Genuine OEM Part # WE11X27362). You can find it online or at appliance parts stores.
Code af on the cissell commercial dryers is air flow. Check the lint trap and the tube leading outside the most effective way to do this is start the dryer let it heat up and take a hand held digital thermometer and check the tube . You will see a drop in temperature when you pass the blockage . If that's not the issue omh you temp sensor in the lint trap compartment.
Most likely problem with ignitor. You can try cleaning the ignitor. One reason I can think of is that the feedback from the ignitor circuit is not working. What usually happen is that when the flame have started. The ignitor will generate a small current to tell the ignitor control board that there is a presence of flame. If the small current feedback is not detected. the system will automatically shut off the gas for safety reason. You probably tried stopping and restarting and the same condition will occur.
Sounds like you have a blockage somewhere. There may be an animal or a bird's nest in there. Dryers should be fully stripped and cleaned about every 3 years. 'Dryer Fires' are a real thing and there are companies that do nothing except clean and de-lint dryers.

110.2808 is an incomplete model number. Motors are typically $140 to $180 USD

This is is a typical Kenmore model designation and is probably the matching washer to your dryer. Yours is missing 4 numbers. Label in the back, label on the door frame, mentioned on the manual.
You should be able to pick these up at Lowes if I'm not mistaken. I just bought a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan from there and saw the light kits around the same area. I also believe that, you dont necessarily have to get a Harbor Breeze light kit and that some are interchangeable.Hope this helps some.

Jul 21, 2017 - The way it works is that power from the heater goes to the motor so that the heater can't heat unless the motor is running.

Take the motor out and take to a local motors repair and rewinds shop. Drop it on the counter and say "can I have one of these please". It is just a motor, form size, voltage and speed.

To do that today, you would need to do the following for older dryers. Turn off the power by pulling the plug From the back remove the console. Remove the top Undo the two screws at the kick strip Carefully remove the front remembering there are wires. Short the wires together and tape them up. Put it all back together. For modern dryers. Some are surface mount and just pull out. Order the part, DON'T leave it like that! ..
