Electric Makita HP2051 chuck won't close
I don't really know how a chuck works. I use them often on a drill press, cordless drills, etc. My grandfather always said to "check the simple things first." Could something have gotten in the way like saw dust, dirt.....? ? I might suggest trying using compressed air and blow it out? You can buy a can of compressed air at office depot.

How do you install brushes on a 5370 hammer drill
If they are replaceable, you will be opening up the drill by removing the screws holding it together, and then you might see the brushes that need replacement.
Know that although you can open most hammer drills, and you can replace the brushes in some, some you cannot reassemble, but you can surely try.
I fix these myself, and my success rate is about 50 %.
God bless your efforts.

Hilti UH650, replacing the chuck
There are a couple of differant versions of the 650. Open up your chuck as wide as you can. Like you were putting a big bit in it. Look inside to see if you see a screw head. It might be slotted or torx. It will be left handed threads which means you will turn clockwise to remove. Once that screw is out you lock the front of the chuck in a vise and right behind the chuck will be a place to put a thin wrench. Turn the wrench in a counter clockwise motion away from the chuck.
Hilti chuck won't turn
inside the chuck you will see a screw, remove the screw and chuck . A small punch with minimum forced with a small hammer to move the chuck dogs toward the end on the chuck . The chuck was opened to far and is a mechanical bind ..
