Battery charger on my Evatac flashlight blinks from red to green repeatedly when connecting batteries to charger what is going on

If the battery charger on your Evatac flashlight blinks from red to green repeatedly when you connect the batteries to the charger, it could indicate a problem with the batteries or the charger itself. Here are a few possible reasons why the charger is blinking from red to green: The batteries may be faulty or damaged. In this case, the charger may not be able to charge the batteries properly, causing it to blink from red to green. The charger may be detecting a problem with the batteries, such as overcharging or overheating. In this case, the charger may be designed to stop charging and start blinking from red to green as a warning. There could be an issue with the charger itself, such as a loose connection or a faulty circuit. In this case, the charger may not be able to properly charge the batteries, causing it to blink from red to green repeatedly. It is recommended to check the batteries and charger for any visible signs of damage or wear, such as corroded or dirty connections. If the issue persists, it may be best to contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician for further assistance.

How do I use a

I have one of these. 2c7c66c8-687d-4eff-b1b9-7685d2c6ebab.gif Here you will see how the drill is mounted in the device. Position (b) around the handle and tighten it up untill drill seats firmly in place. Take a speed square, or normal square and eyeball or measure the drill to see if its straight. Use the alignment adjustment (A) to fine tune the drill to get the drill bit straight and square. Tighten up all the nuts holding drill in device and recheck the drill bit for straightness.. Put your work under the drill, press the trigger and lock into place to get the drill to constantly run without finger on trigger, pull down the press lever to drill your hole... Hope this helps!

My te-72 will hammer but not drill. Any suggestions?

The TE-72 rotary hammer drill is designed to perform both drilling and hammering functions, so if it's not drilling, there could be a few potential causes:
  1. Dull or damaged bit: Check the bit to make sure that it is sharp and not damaged. A dull or damaged bit may not be able to penetrate the material you're trying to drill through. If the bit is dull or damaged, replace it with a new one.
  2. Incorrect bit size: Make sure that you are using the correct bit size for the material you are drilling through. Using a bit that is too small or too large can cause the drill to spin without making any progress.
  3. Worn chuck or collet: If the chuck or collet that holds the bit in place is worn or damaged, it may not be able to grip the bit properly, which could cause the drill to spin without making any progress. Inspect the chuck or collet and replace it if necessary.
  4. Low power or voltage: If the drill is not receiving sufficient power or voltage, it may not be able to drill through the material. Check the power cord and outlet to ensure that they are functioning properly.
  5. Malfunctioning clutch: The clutch in the TE-72 rotary hammer drill is designed to disengage the drill from the material in case of a jam or overload. If the clutch is malfunctioning, it could cause the drill to stop drilling. Have a professional technician inspect and repair any faulty components.
If none of these solutions work, it's recommended to take your TE-72 rotary hammer drill to a professional repair service for further diagnosis and repair.

What does it mean if the red and green light are on at the same time on the charger

If the red and green lights are flashing, the charger is detecting the battey has a defect and is not safe to charge. It could be one of the cells in the battey, a short in the wiring or circuit board or bad contacts. Usually the only fix is to replace the battery.

Tool bogs down while drilling holes in concrete-as though it's binding up inside.

Depends what damage has been done to the motor. If the tool is still running but sparking you need to check what sort of sparks they are. Short fat blue sparks only going halfway round the commutator (brush end of motor/armature) then it is 90% probable that just your field coil assy is blown. If it is thinner, whitersparks going all the way around then it is the armature and possibly the field aswell. Another way to check is to remove the brushes via the covers on either side at teh bottom of the motor and check the contacting surface. If it is fairly shiney and polishe then there is little sparking and hopefully no cause for concern. If one or both is pitted and dull it has been sparking and burning. If one is shorter and darker than teh otehr this indicates a problem with the field coil. It isn't a massivly hard job to change the motor parts. If you need more advice let me know.

Black & decker 40 volt battery is put on charger it flashes the green light twice then the red light flashes continueously qwhat could be the problem

hi, have you seen this ? https://support.blackanddecker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012702998-If-my-battery-is-not-charging-what-can-I-try-#:~:text=If%20your%20battery%20is%20not,charger%20to%20try%20charging%20again. Now i don't think that's the issue , it more likely the cells won't take a charger or the bms electronic board has failed , with those battery packs it can be a electronics problem or a failed cell , One thing you might want to check is the actual connection to the battery pack..i seen a issue here where there is a bad connection , the charger won't charge regards Rob
