Make sure the picture of the setting you are using on the turn dial is lined up with the beige pointer on the top of the camera. When you turn the dial, you can feel it lock into position. Check if your battery door is perfectly aligned and has no gaps if it has a gap then you have to push or tape it to line perfectly without any gaps and if the door perfect and still showing same thing you have change batteries make sure to use either Duracell or rechargeable 2.5v batteries

i kindly advice you restart the camera ,it may fix the problem,.Also ensure on the camera's buttons or around the scroll wheel there is no dust .If it persist try to reset factory the camera

In general Compact Flash Cards have to be formatted within the camera that is using them as they use a format proprietary to that camera. Also there are size limits on cards. If your camera will only take 16 Mb cards and you put a 32 Mb card in, it will not read it. It sees it as 'No Card Present'. I think the other answer is an AI Answer Bot.
