Hello, Nina -
Your hand embroidery kit was manufactured by Bucilla. I have not found the kit instructions online.
Therefore, I suggest you contact Bucilla and its Consumer Advisory Team and ask about the availability or replacement instructions for your kit. This is the link to the Bucilla Contact Us page:

There may be a charge for replacement instructions.
Best wishes.
You may have to go to a Digitrax N /HO scale decoder for it to fit. The decoder handles motor functions OK but a sound N scale has very low volume as the speaker is very small. I have done this a few times with good results. Or put the decoder in the tender and run the 30ga wires to the engine
I can't identify a manufacturer of a glue gun with that model number.
Here is an article on use of glue guns that may assist you.

Hello, Donna -
The number 42733 is connected with the Bucilla cross stitch kit for the "Mad Bluebird".
Therefore, you need to contact the Bucilla company regarding the incorrect pattern.
The parent company for Bucilla is Plaid Enterprises. This is the link to the Plaid Enterprises Contact Us page:

Note: Fixya.com has no affiliation with Bucilla, Plaid Enterprises, or any other handicrafts business.

Hello, Patricia -
Do you mean you do not know how to cast on the number of stitches required for the size of cardigan you wish to knit?
You may find this YouTube video instructive:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWLtMqP6Uz0
After casting on the required number of stitches, the pattern calls for the garter stitch. That means you will knit every row (use the knit stitch) until you reach the required length for the size you are knitting.
For more questions on the pattern, look at this web page:

There you can click or tap on the Ask A Question link, and ask your question/s.
Best wishes.
