That is a sign the battery needs charging or is exhausted or the bios is confused.
Remove the charger, remove the battery and pres the power button three times.
Plug the charger back in and it should work.
Don't forget to load all of the software and drivers!
First is the camera set to Record mode? What's the battery level on the video camera? The VP-DX100H won't finalize a disc if the battery is low. How much video has been recorded? All discs need space (a few hundred MB) to add data when they are finalized. The manual for this camera is available here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/VP-DX100H/XEF/ . See page 47 of the manual for the instructions on finalizing the disc. Finally how often has the re-writable media been used before?
You can't finalize a disc in a different machine; this is true for cameras and VHS/DVD recorders. (Some computers may not have an issue with DVDs made on different machines with the compatible OS versions. IE: some versions of Windows.) If your computer has a DVD writer and an appropriate video capture card, you could use software to capture the video using the cables and setting the camera to AV Out. Then burn the video/images to a disc. Note: some older/cheap computers have CD burners with a DVD player. They don't handle DVDs that weren't finalized.
I hope this helps. I know some DVD video recorders will be finicky with certain brands of media. I don't see anything like that in the documentation from Samsung. You might check if there is a FAQ about brands of DVD+RW for the camera.

(I use mostly write once media. Back in the days of cassette tape storage, I found they didn't really survive extra write cycles.)
Manufacturer's Website: Go to the manufacturer's website (visit the official Samsung website in this case). Click on the support section, search your monitor model by product name or model number, and download your monitor model for the user manual. User manuals usually list codes and other relevant information.
User Manuals Online: Many people post user manuals online for all types of electronic devices and peripherals. You can search for your monitor and look for the user manual at sites such as ManualsLib, ManualsOnline, or Retrevo. Most of these sites will catalog user manuals for a wide variety of devices posted online by users and are normally free to access.
Physical User Manual: If you still have the original box or packaging with your monitor, there might be a copy of the user's manual in that box or enclosed. It might be in an actual printed booklet or perhaps just some links to online resources. Check under a section entitled 'Remote Control Codes' or 'Setup Instructions'.
Contact Samsung Support: If no luck finding it to download or to help you, there is contact support available, they should know where that information is, and be able to send it to you or refer you.
With these, you should be able to find the user manual for your Samsung 32" curved screen display and enter those codes.
I have used a fair few of these tracking temperatures in food from a production kitchen, via a van, to a logistics centre and onwards next day to an airport business class lounge.Comark will repair them. There isn't a Service Manual for it. The only user serviceable part is the extreme conditions rechargeable battery.https://www.google.com/search?q=comark+c8510+temperature+logger+service+manual..
