If your machine is not displaying the descale or decalcify option, you can try forcing it into descaling mode. To do this, press and hold the rotary switch until "RINSE" is displayed. Briefly press the rotary switch again until "RINSE" lights up. Turn the rotary switch until "DECALCIFY" is displayed. Product Support - JURA
Here are some possible reasons why the milk steamer flow is diminished and steam is not coming out of the bottom of the machine:
Clogged steam wand: The steam wand might be clogged with milk residue, which can restrict the flow of steam. Try cleaning the steam wand with a damp cloth or a pipe cleaner.
Faulty steam valve: The steam valve might be faulty or damaged, which can cause a decrease in steam pressure. In this case, you may need to replace the valve.
Blocked milk frother: The milk frother might be blocked with milk residue, which can prevent the milk from frothing properly. Try cleaning the milk frother with a damp cloth or a pipe cleaner.
Faulty milk frother: The milk frother might be faulty or damaged, which can cause a decrease in milk flow and prevent proper frothing. In this case, you may need to replace the milk frother.
If none of these solutions work, it's best to contact DeLonghi's customer service for further assistance
Could be electrical, but: Hold in the program set button for several seconds. Set it for some time. Press the program set button one more time. See if it resolves the issue.
Sorry. Neither Amazon, nor Ebay, nor QVC, nor Wayfair are even able to pull up a used Keystone Cook's Essential Ice Maker available, much less a basket for one. Amazon has a bunch of replacement baskets, none of which fit your unit. Home Depot has portable ice makers but I didn't see replacement baskets there. I tried to find the manual for this ice maker and couldn't. QVC didn't have a customer service number for Cook's Essential in spite of having sold the product. And I can't find it elsewhere. Maybe the customer service number at Cooks Direct has access to such information. 8666132617. I've taken a deep dive and can't find what you are looking for. https://www.homedepot.com/b/Appliances-Ice-Makers-Portable-Ice-Makers/Removable-Basket/N-5yc1vZ2fkour4Z1z0v5nbhttps://www.amazon.com/Ice-Maker-Replacement-Tray/s?k=Ice+Maker+Replacement+Tray
I just rectified this problem with my Nespresso Latissima Pro machine. This model has a milk frothing unit that is removable to place in the fridge for later use. We are on our second frothing unit over 6 yrs and clean the milk frother religiously. Here's the key...there are 5 pieces to the frothing head: head unit, foam selection dial, spout elbow, silicone draw tube and frother to machine joint piece. Our problem was found with the frother to machine joint piece, the piece that gets pushed into the machine to seat the frother. This piece has a larger hole on one end and a very small hole on the other, there are two rubber 'o' rings on the body and a horizontal slit in one side. This piece becomes completely clogged with hard water deposit that is not cleaned out with the descaling solution sold by Nespresso. I have soaked this piece (along with all head components) in CLR and used a syringe to flush CLR through all the little pieces. I let them sit for 15 mins, then soak in hot water for 5 mins and flush thoroughly with hot running water. Seems to have fixed not just my frother I am currently using but my old one also.
According to the De'Longhi UK website, the error message "Close Door" could be caused by two issues :
The brewing unit is not installed properly in the unit. You can try turning the unit off, remove and reinstall the brew unit, and then turn the unit back on to see if it reset itself.
The latch on the service door has coffee build up and is restricted from moving freely. Please clean the latch area and make sure the door closes.
If neither of these solutions work, you may need to contact DeLonghi support for further assistance.
These machines, especially Miele need dealer service about every 6 to 9 months depending on use. Of course they don't tell you that when you buy one. The combination of heat, boiling water, limescale and neoprene sealing O-rings are not a good combination, plus the mechanical side of the brewing operation.

Ground coffee beans can squirrel their way into hard to reach places in a grinder and cause problems. I think it is clogged with grounds. Remove the beans. Reseat the burr (grinder). Reset the adjustment ring to 3. Lock itin place with the silver handle. Reinstall the hopper and beans. Here is a tutorial on more advanced cleaning and maintenance: You can skip the ad. Usually descaling the heating reservoir takes care of that. You know best if this servicing is required but perhaps already after a couple of years. Don't use vinegar. Suitable, apart from descaling powder supplied by the manufacturer, are diluted lactic acid and citric acid but the commonly used citric acid is not lemon juice, it is a white powder or it consists of small crystals and is to be dissolved in water. Note that the water will taste acidic even after rinsing and use for a couple of times since those acids are very (!) strong. Do not breath in the fumes that come out of the coffee maker and use the - pump water only - function when your machine has one. This also serves protection against frost. For me it is pressing two buttons combined. Descaling is done, being applied, when water comes out clear.
My Jura 5 was only pouring coffee from one spout, the other was blocked. I fixed it by removing the cover from the spout (see photo) it clips off with pressure applied to the sides on the dimpled part, then removing the brown reservoir inside after disconnecting the brown tube. Right enough, one side of the reservoir was full of coffee residue. I cleaned this with hot water and a tooth brush before re-assembling it all. The machine now pours perfectly from both spouts.
Maybe this will help;
To deactivate the Child Lock, both the rapid wash and easy ironing
auxiliary functions should be pressed at the same time for 3 seconds.
