Just make sure that you try it on before you leave the shop. It will be much harder to come back and complain about the alterations once you've already gone home. But also it often happens that one set of alterations isn't enough and you might need to make some more small changes so don't be shy to try it on before you leave and decide if it's right.
Wedding veils come in so many different lengths and the trick is to match the length and style to suit your wedding dress. Vents are the flaps on a suit jacket. In the 80s it was very popular not to have vents in a suit jacket at all but now that has changed. 2 side vents are popular in the European fashion scene. A central vent is a popular choice and you can't really go wrong with that option.
Ask the tailor to shorten them but to leave you at least a quarter of an inch of the shirt cuff showing. It looks so much better than having no sleeve showing.
One suggestion is to wear to the suit without the vest. The vest is what makes it seem like a very formal clothing item. You can just wear the suit by itself for other people's weddings, interviews etc.

2; It shouldn't be too loose - not more than a fists worth between the buttons and your chest.
The three buttoned single breasted suit is actually a very popular choice with young men these days. One button suits are not a popular choice but it's really a matter of personal taste.
