My cat got Frontline plus in his eye. What can I do at home to help? I can't afford to take him to the vet right now. Please help.
Eyes are serious and tricky.
You could VERY GENTLY bathe the eye with plain clean warm water. Wiping gently downwards gently making the eyelid close. Then all you can do is leave it up to the cat to apply its own saliva to the injured eye. They do have a form of antisceptic in their salivary glands.
Just keep a close watch and GENTLY wipe away any pus that forms or if the eye sticks shut, with warm water and a cotton ball.
I am sorry you can't take your cat to the Vet, times are hard right now.

When buying a toy for your cat there are three important things

tossed, thrown, clawed, batted, kicked, licked and repeatedly pounced on without
coming apart, it's a quality cat toy. Catnip-filled toys encourage play, but
most cats like to eat catnip and will always try or lick or chew their way to

piece of crumpled paper. Cats like games that involve climbing, running,

will defiantly use them. Furthermore, cats see moving edges better than
stationary object, so toys that wiggle or weave fascinate them and trigger
their hunting reflexes.
What vegetables are good for cats?
Cats are obligate carnivores, which means their natural diet is strictly raw meat ONLY. Cats biologically need the complete amino acid chain that is supplied in animal protein. Vegetables have amino acids but are missing certain parts, dogs and humans have the biological ability to synthesize the missing amino acid in vivo but cats can not. So long story short, no vegetables are not good for cats, however my cat loves pumpkin and canned beetroot. It is very hard to find cat food that contains no vegetables, the only way to give your cat the correct diet nature intended is to make it yourself.

Dry food vs. canned food for cats
The two most popular types of cat food are dry and canned food. Choosing which type to buy can be confusing, but I'm here to point you the benefits of each type, as well as the disadvantages. Let's start off with dry cat food. Most cat owners will agree that this is a better choice of the two. Why you ask. Well it's definitely more economical (than canned food), can be stored for a long period of time (unlike canned food), does not leave a mess,and even if it pours on the floor, it is really easy to clean. The main con of dry cat food is that it contains a large amount of carbs and fillers. Carbs are not really necessary for cats because they have a hard time converting it to energy and fillers are low quality ingredients. Regarding canned food, its main benefit is that it contains a lot of protein, which is the main source of energy for cats. Lack of protein and the cat will quickly begin to lose weight and its immune system will be weaker. Another benefit is that contains a large amount of water, keeping the cat dehydrated. The cons of canned cat food are that they are expensive, have to be refrigerated once opened, have a short life time, and can easily leave a mess. Whether you choose dry or canned food for your cat,make sure it is a high quality product with all the important nutrients.
Isn't working automatically
the automatic system wouldnt goall the way thru one nite, i got it to return to home position, but went to turn it back on to auto, but power lite willnt turn on
Symptoms of worms in cats
