There are no mentions anywhere for that model or that error code, however all faults seem to be from accessories or devices that are plugged in via USB. Normally drawing to much power.

Modern vehicle radios are controlled by the Body control Module (BCM) and are used for broadcasting warning beeps and indicator clickers. The beeps an be as innocuous as "do you know your radio is still on"? It can also be caused by your cellphone pinging local transmitters and receiving a confirmation back, or checking in for emails.

If this is with an analogue signal; FM/AM, check the aerial amplifier is working properly. Sometimes the rear windscreen heater is used as the aerial with an RF amplifier in series with the aerial lead.
No power means no/poor signal.

The warning message may have been useful!
People don't realise that factory car audio is operated by and monitored by the Body Control Module (BCM) on a computer network. Your warning chimes and indicator clickers are generated by the BCM and played through the car audio system. The computer has no idea that this new device is!
Take it to an auto electrician or to an Alarm / Audio installer and see if their professional bi-directional grade scan tool computer can reprogram the BCM to ignore your device. Or just put the old one back.
