HI, I WOULD LIKE TO GET THE UNLOCKING CODES FOR MY BECKER LE MANS RADIO. MODEL BE0679. SER. NR. 0679BDOX7507257. VIN NR. 1240206A990262.

Please don't type in all CAPS, it is considered SHOUTING and is RUDE. It is also harder to read and comprehend. There are only 3 ways to get a radio code and Fixya doesn't supply them. This tells you how to get them, two are free, one is paid. https://www.fixya.com/support/r29874205-need_vehicle_radio_code ..

I have a 3000 watt Boss mono block amp that is stuck in protection mode and green light is flashing any ideas on how to fix it plz

It's a inexpensive amp, and poorly made. the amplifier failed. you won't be able to fix it unless you open it up and happen to have a degree in electrical engineering, or have the schematics to that particular amp and access to the parts like the transistors/finals and power supply bits to replace the damaged parts. chances are you blew mosfet(s) in that case the amp is a paperweight. Sorry for the bad news. I had a couple of Boss amps and after second one fried went with another brand. Ck out amps on Azon. Best to you.

My JVC-SD5 lights up, plays Music, but the lid won't open, any suggestions?

It seems like you're facing a little hiccup with your JVC-SD5. There's some troubleshooting ideas... Firstly, make sure the CD player is powered off and unplugged from the electrical outlet. Safety first, right? Now, take a good look around the edges of the CD lid. Sometimes, dust or debris can accumulate and prevent it from opening smoothly. Grab a soft, lint-free cloth and gently wipe the edges of the lid. Make sure to remove any obstacles that might be blocking it. If that doesn't do the trick, let's try a little trick called the "manual release." Look for a small, pin-sized hole near the CD tray. It's usually located either on the front panel or underneath the CD player. Take a paperclip or a small, pointy object and insert it into that hole. Apply gentle pressure to trigger the manual release mechanism. This should pop open the lid, giving you access to your beloved CDs. Once the lid is open, inspect the CD tray and the surrounding area for any visible signs of damage or obstructions. If everything looks fine, try closing and reopening the lid a few times to see if it starts functioning properly. Sometimes, a little exercise can go a long way in resolving minor glitches. I hope these suggestions help you get your JVC-SD5 back in action and free you from that unwanted station! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask. Good luck!

I have a pair of myron & Davis wireless headphones what are they for or what do they sinc too

Myron & Davis wireless headphones are likely designed to be used as Bluetooth headphones. They can sync or pair with Bluetooth-enabled devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers, or other compatible devices. To use the headphones, follow these general steps:
  1. Turn on the wireless headphones and put them in pairing mode. This may involve holding down a button or following specific instructions provided in the user manual.
  2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device, enable Bluetooth in the settings and search for nearby devices.
  3. When you see the Myron & Davis headphones appear in the list of available devices, select them to initiate the pairing process.
  4. Once the pairing is successful, you should be able to use the wireless headphones to listen to audio from your connected device.
Keep in mind that the exact pairing process and features may vary depending on the specific model of Myron & Davis wireless headphones you have. If you have the user manual that came with the headphones, it's a good idea to refer to it for detailed instructions. Otherwise, you can try searching online for the manual or contact the manufacturer's customer support for assistance.

Volfenhag digital-XM ZX-8400. How do you download the manual?

It looks like there is no manual. Although it has a German name, it looks like it is made in China and sold by Sonic Electronix and Amazon. Sonic's website says it is down for maintenance, but my guess is they have done a runner! This is the only place with any help. https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=86807 If there was a manual, this would find it. https://www.google.com/search?q=volfenhag+digital-xm+Zx-8400+manual ..

Nakamichi NA6605 in a ford 2002 excursion the install went fine with proper harnesses Metra after installing new speakersI am having a problem with the unit going in to mute mode

The issue you're describing with your Nakamichi NA6605 head unit muting itself after installing new Infinity speakers could be caused by a few different factors. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to help pinpoint the problem: 1. **Impedance Mismatch:** You mentioned that you replaced the factory speakers with Infinity 6x8 REF-8632cfx speakers. These Infinity speakers have an impedance of 3 ohms, while the original speakers were likely 4 ohms. This difference in impedance could potentially cause issues with the head unit's output stage. Some head units are designed to handle a specific range of speaker impedances. Make sure the Nakamichi unit is compatible with 3-ohm speakers. If it's not, this impedance mismatch could indeed lead to the behavior you're experiencing. 2. **Wiring and Connections:** Double-check all your wiring connections. Make sure that the speaker wires are properly connected and that there are no loose or exposed wires that could be causing a short circuit. Incorrect wiring can cause the head unit to detect a fault and enter mute mode. 3. **Power Supply and Ground:** Ensure that the head unit is receiving a stable power supply and that the ground connection is solid. Voltage drops or poor grounding can lead to unstable operation. 4. **Short Circuit Protection:** Many modern head units have built-in protection mechanisms that detect short circuits or incorrect impedances. If the head unit detects a problem, it might enter mute mode to prevent damage. Check the head unit's user manual to see if it has any relevant protection features. 5. **Head Unit Settings:** Check the Nakamichi unit's settings, especially those related to speaker impedance or output settings. Some head units allow you to adjust output settings based on the connected speakers. 6. **Firmware Update:** If there's a firmware update available for your Nakamichi head unit, consider updating it. Firmware updates can sometimes resolve compatibility issues. 7. **Test the Speakers:** To rule out the possibility of a faulty speaker causing the issue, you can temporarily disconnect the Infinity speakers and see if the head unit behaves differently. 8. **Professional Inspection:** If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it might be best to seek the assistance of a professional car audio installer or technician. They have the expertise and tools to diagnose and address complex issues with car audio systems. Remember, electrical issues in car audio systems can be complex and require a methodical approach to troubleshooting. If you're not comfortable diagnosing the issue yourself, it's best to seek professional assistance to ensure a safe and accurate resolution.

Pioneer avh-p5200dvd power button behind faceplate "broken"

If the power button behind the faceplate of your Pioneer AVH-P5200DVD is broken and the copper jumper is lost, there might be a few things you could try:
  1. Contact Pioneer Support: Before attempting any repairs yourself, it's a good idea to reach out to Pioneer customer support. They might be able to guide you through potential solutions or suggest authorized repair centers where you can get professional help.
  2. Check for Replacement Parts: You could try searching for replacement parts for the specific model of your Pioneer unit. The copper jumper you're referring to might be available as a replacement part. Check online marketplaces, electronics repair shops, or even Pioneer's official parts store.
  3. Jumper Wire: If you have some experience with electronics, you might consider using a small gauge jumper wire to bridge the connection that the power button makes. This could potentially be a temporary solution, but keep in mind that modifying the internal components of electronic devices can be risky and might lead to further issues if not done properly.
  4. Professional Repair: If you're not comfortable working with electronics, it's advisable to seek help from a professional electronics repair technician. They have the expertise to diagnose the issue accurately and carry out repairs safely.
  5. Temporary Workaround: If the above options aren't feasible, you might consider leaving the power button in the "on" position (if possible) and using the unit's remote control to power it on and off. This would bypass the need for the physical power button.
Remember that tampering with electronic devices can void warranties or lead to further damage if not done correctly. If you're unsure about any steps, it's best to consult with a professional technician.
