There are no mentions anywhere for that model or that error code, however all faults seem to be from accessories or devices that are plugged in via USB. Normally drawing to much power.

The warning message may have been useful!
People don't realise that factory car audio is operated by and monitored by the Body Control Module (BCM) on a computer network. Your warning chimes and indicator clickers are generated by the BCM and played through the car audio system. The computer has no idea that this new device is!
Take it to an auto electrician or to an Alarm / Audio installer and see if their professional bi-directional grade scan tool computer can reprogram the BCM to ignore your device. Or just put the old one back.

The wiring is bad on the plugs and shorting out, or whatever is on the end of the cable has an issue. Also look along the cable for rodent, cat, dog chewing.
Questions like this need 'make model (what is is) of every item involved. On a vehicle 'year make model' as well.
The bad ground causes the amplifier to go into the protect mode. So, make sure to check the grounding wire and overall connection to figure it out and set back the amplifier to its normal mode.

Given the above is not your model, at least it shows the 10 pin. Ironically, below I offer a diagram of your model. The irony comes in the fact that the diagram appears labeled in Japanese But if you compare the two diagrams, maybe something will make sense from the one with the English labels. I don't have any information on how to power supply a kCSWA900 Kenwood subwoofer. However, I can tell you that the Kenwood KSC-SW10 compact powered subwoofer has a built-in amplifier with a 38 watts RMS power and a wired remote for control over volume level, variable low-pass crossover (50-120 Hz), and selectable phase control (0°, 180°) . The subwoofer comes with a power/ground wiring harness and preamp (RCA) and speaker-level inputs .
After researching, it appears that there is no direct evidence suggesting that the Alpine TDM 7543 stereo unit has the ability to switch from green to red lighting. This is an older unit and specific information can be challenging to find. Your best option to get a definitive answer may be to directly contact Alpine's customer service or refer to the original instruction manual.
There are a few solid state fuses inside but if the speaker wires were shorted then it required an authorised Pioneer service centre to repair the damaged amplifiers section.
