sometimes you can post what you are looking for on Ebay and wait ,there are companies that have new and used for Demos very cheap too >^.^<

I have the Margaritaville Bali DM3500 and the motor has gone out on the self Serv section What is the part number and how do I order a new one ?

If any body needs any parts for the villaware 5785 series I have everything available except the plastic smoothee container. I have some gaskets. Villaware is no longer selling the smoothee container, I doubt if they are selling other parts for it.

If you Vitamix is new you should be returning it for under guarantee inspection, there is something not right.

I would get it repaired first. That may avoid a fire!

Krups Blender 577 - first try not easy but next time it will be.Replacing the rubber coubling is extremely difficult with this model.After almost destroying the air in/outtake grill on the side in pursuit of a good lock of the axe I tried so hard to use a nose plier to grab the post and unscrew the coupling counter-clockwise but it just did'nt fit (it needs to be long and narrow/needle like). So I ended up cutting off more rubber on the coupling and also cutting of plastic from the black plastic cover which is just under the rubber coupling. In the end I was able to cut that plastic so that I could actually take off the whole casing (you need a torx 20 with a hole in it)with the rubber coupling still attached and detach two power cables so that I had much more space to properly grab the post and then it was very very easy to unscrew it counter-clockwise. But up until then I lost my insanity twice :-).The next time it will be easy.

Sometimes it is a seized shaft, does the blade turn by hand? It could be the motor has failed, or the start capacitor on the motor. It could be the electronics. There's a safety lock built into the handle of the jug. If you add up the total power draw and take it away from the solar panels 60W ... if you have a negative number, easy answer is no.
