Remove the plaques and using an old tooth brush clean with mild soap and water.. Rinse thoroughly, towel dry and finish drying them with blow drier. The interior of the unit and it's filter should also be cleaned. Depending on what type filer it uses (Aluminum mesh or soft mesh plastic) they too and can be washed with mild soap and water, rinsed and thoroughly dried. Any other type filter material may need to be replaced. Clean the interior with canned compressed air with a straw nozzle and a dry paper towel.
Of course, before you do any of the above, unplug the unit.

*Plug in air cleaner and press POWER button until short “beep” sounds. . Press the RESET FILTER button by gently inserting a paperclip into the RESET FILTER hole on the control panel. The light will flash 5 times before a “beep” sounds to indicate the filter has been reset.
Pull off the front panel and look at the upper right, you will see two holes. One on top is the size of a pencil, and one below it the size of a dime. Use a paperclip, pen tip, ect and push the reset button in the center of the dime sized hole.
I cleaned the filters as well earlier and the red filter light still blincked to clean the filters. Then I pushed the power button for about 10 seconds continously and then turned it on and the light turned off.
My unit would display e001 and e003 errors. Cleaning the filter and replacing the ceramic ozone plate did not fix it. Ended up taking the board out and inspecting it. Three capacitors were bad. After replacing, the system is working again.

From your previous question: the Replace HEPA filter light wont go off.
Note: When you add information to a question, please use the Comment or Edit feature to add it to the same question, rather than opening a new question, because the new one has no link to the older one.
I have this machine. Change the filter. Turn back on. The "reset" button on the top of the machine is very narrow. Place your fingernail into that Reset button and hold till it starts to blink red. After about 3 blinks the light will go off. The reset button is now reset for the new filter.
Check to see if there is a crack in the ceramic plate. If there is any type of disturbance where the metal is glued to it or you don’t have both leads on the metal it will not work
