Then if that's not it how is it vented and if there is a leak on the "Hot Gas" from the combustion (assuming you have gas not electric and if electric believe Id be looking at the wiring for bad connections creating excessive heat or wrong type wire not approved for high heat installation).

I wont try it, the beast way to clean glass is to use a oven cleaner than wash it real good with dish soap!

Hey guys I fixed my problem...yay. All I did was to push a red button which I beleive is a resset button on the back of the on/off button part. It ain't visible but if you look in the holes of the screws that hold this part together (they are far down in the hole) one of them hides a small red button. Push it down with a toothpick or anything small enough to fit the hole and you're done. Plug it back and it works.

In the back of the unit there is a recessed reset switch(red) Depress it until it clicks.
