Worcester - Bosch RD532 Red Signal receiver light constantly on and won't respond to control timer. Dunno if a failure or setting problem ?

Sounds like you're dealing with a pesky issue. It could be a technical glitch or just a setting hiccup. Have you tried resetting the timer or checking the settings? If that doesn't do the trick, it might be worth getting a professional to take a look.U can also check some info about alphamechanicals. They got my air conditioning installation in Orangevale, CA https://alphamechanicals.com/service-area/orangevale-hvac-service/ and as I know they has to know something about bosch devices

HAMMER DRILL . bosch bulldog extreme max hammer sparking BAD and electrical burn smell? How do I get the part that houses the brushes out?

It sounds like the issue with your Bosch bulldog extreme max hammer is likely due to worn out or damaged brushes. Here are the steps to remove and replace the brushes:
  1. Unplug the hammer drill from the power source.
  2. Remove the two screws on the top of the hammer drill handle with a screwdriver.
  3. Lift off the top of the handle to expose the motor.
  4. Locate the brush holders on either side of the motor.
  5. Gently pull out the brush holder on one side of the motor.
  6. Remove the brush from the holder by gently pulling it straight out.
  7. Repeat for the other side of the motor.
  8. Inspect the brushes for damage, wear, or discoloration. Blackening of the brushes is normal, but if they are excessively worn or damaged, they should be replaced.
  9. Insert the new brushes into the brush holders, making sure they are properly seated.
  10. Replace the brush holder on one side of the motor, then the other.
  11. Reattach the top of the handle and replace the screws.
Regarding the digs in the motor surface, if they are not too deep and do not appear to affect the operation of the motor, they may not need to be addressed. However, if they are deep or if they appear to be affecting the motor's performance, it may be necessary to replace the motor. It's important to note that working on power tools can be dangerous and should only be attempted by those with the necessary knowledge and experience. If you're unsure about any step in the process, it's best to seek the help of a professional.

Bosch WFK2401 Washing Machine will not power on. No lights.

The first thing you should try is checking the power supply cord and making sure it is securely plugged into the wall outlet. If it is and the washer still won't turn on, then you should check the house circuit breaker to make sure the outlet the washer is plugged into has not tripped. If the breaker is not tripped, then you may need to check the wiring harness between the power supply and the main board, as this may be the source of the problem. If the wiring harness looks to be undamaged, then you may need to replace the main board.

My Bosch oven display flickers often. Other times the clock is displayed as usual. What does this mean?

first thing I would do is check the cables that go to the clock, if they are OK then you likely have a faulty clock module which will need to be replaced.

The knob on my electric Bosch oven doesn't grip onto the shaft and keeps turning/ twisting round. the actual knob is ok and pulls off to check, but the problem seems to be with the white plastic shaft

Get some epoxy putty, grease the shaft with Vaseline, put a small pea size piece of epoxy rolled thinly and insert it into the knob where the flat part registers on the knob. Push the knob into place and leave it 24 hours to cure. I use this.

Bosch dishwasher. When running, can see water flow down overflow channel to pan at bottom of machine.

If you can see water flowing down the overflow channel to the pan at the bottom of your Bosch dishwasher while it is running, this indicates that there may be a problem with the dishwasher's float switch or water inlet valve. The float switch is a small device located at the bottom of the dishwasher's tub that is designed to detect the water level inside the dishwasher. If the water level rises too high, the float switch will shut off the water inlet valve to prevent the dishwasher from overflowing. If the float switch is not functioning properly, it may allow water to continue to flow into the dishwasher, resulting in water flowing down the overflow channel to the pan at the bottom. Another possible cause of this issue could be a faulty water inlet valve. The water inlet valve is responsible for regulating the flow of water into the dishwasher. If the valve is stuck open or is not functioning properly, it may allow water to continue to flow into the dishwasher, resulting in water flowing down the overflow channel to the pan at the bottom. To resolve this issue, you may need to have a professional technician inspect and repair your Bosch dishwasher. They can test the float switch and water inlet valve to determine the cause of the problem and replace any faulty components as needed.

Bosch SHU9915UC/11 dishwasher doesn't start wash cycle after replacing circulating pump?

If the dishwasher is not starting the wash cycle after replacing the circulating pump, it is possible that there is an issue with the control board. You may want to check the wiring connections between the control board and the new pump to make sure they are properly connected. If the connections are correct, you may need to test the control board and its various circuits to see if there is an issue with any of the components. It is also possible that there is a problem with a sensor or switch that is preventing the dishwasher from starting the wash cycle. You may need to consult the dishwasher's user manual or contact Bosch customer support for further assistance.
