That is the main bearing worn with so much play that a heavy load will stop it going around and normal wash will grind from time to time.
Bosch use very well made bearing so you might get more out of it before the bearing crashes completely.

Is it new and under warranty?
You say it works, but is doesn't turn on. It can't be both. Details say that once you turn it on, you have to press another button to make it work. Presumably to make sure you don't get the laser in the eye or someone else's eye.

Motor brushes: The motor brushes may be worn out and need to be replaced. This is a common issue with the Bosch WFK2401UC washer motor 2 . You can check the brushes by removing the back panel of the washer and looking at the motor. If the brushes are less than 1/4 inch long, they need to be replaced 2 . Imbalance: If the load is unbalanced, the washer may not spin at full speed to protect itself. This can cause the cycle time to be cut short 6 . Try rearranging the load and see if that helps. Sensor issue: If the washer is not detecting an imbalance but still not spinning at full speed, there may be an issue with the sensor. This could be causing the washer to cut the cycle short 6 . You may need to call a professional to diagnose and fix the issue.

Yes always.
This is a 4 part video. See if you can find the rest of it.
The slides require replacing. The functions part on the rear of either the right or left side has failed causing your drawer not to close. It cannot lock so the spring pushes it out. The part on the rear that locks it in, and ejects it out some how gets damaged. Need a T 20 star/torque bit to replace. The part number for the slides is 12024638. You can pull out the drawer but be careful of the rail that will stick out. Don't let the drawer land on your feet. If you don't order the parts yourself and install this, you may call the Bosch service to do such for you --though you have noted the expense.
Leave it on the charger for an extended period (e.g., overnight) to ensure the battery gets a full charge.
If it still doesn't turn on after a full charge, try a different charger and cable to rule out any issues with the charging equipment.
If it's still unresponsive, you may need to replace the battery, as extended periods of inactivity can lead to battery degradation. Contact Bosch customer support or a certified service center for assistance with battery replacement.

And I found this
There are usually 3 or 4 locking tabs on the cover that just need to be pressed INDIVIDUALLY toward the bulb to release them and then carefully remove the cover. The ones with 3 tabs usually have and upper and lower tab then the third tab is on the side. Removed the upper and lower tabs by pressing inward to the bulb and then the cover will pivot out on the 3rd SIDE tab.
Power cable may break or machine's power switch malfunction. I suggest to download following manual (it is of different model) and see section 4.1 (Fault Diagnosis) on page 13. It may help you.
