I have a new Bosch Axxis dryer (condenser) that only spins in one direction. Isn't it supposed to spin both ways so things dry better? One direction ties everything into a ball, nothing ever dries.

Check the user manual, not sure what to say on this.

My Bosch wtl6304 condenser tumble

never really heard of a condenser model dryer before however it does seem like internally its full of lent inside of the dryer housing itself around the heating elements if you have a large air compressor open it all up and spray air into everything in the dryer where you see lent build up this will force any lent out of the dryer and it should hopefully run as the day you first got it ;P found this to be an issue even with an LG TROMM dryer i opened up and wasnt drying very well
