This is a flood sensor issue rather than a float switch issue. The sensor is in the tray and senses water from dripping hoses or worn pump seals. It doesn't need much water as the sensor is at the lowest point, so it only needs a teaspoon of water. you can check the connections at sensor end and follow it to the control board connector. My Bosch Dishwasher is displaying an error code E15, what does it mean? An E15 error code indicates that the safety switch has detected water in the base of the dishwasher. Your leakage protection system has activated.

Two different ideas from Bosch, either control board or heater element, temperature thermistor. As it fails at the rinse stage where the water is hotter, I would check the latter, or just call for service and get it correctly diagnosed and fixed. Hey Karen, Water in the bottom of the dishwasher results from clogs in the filter or in the drain hose. Before you do any work on your dishwasher, make sure that it's switched off at the mains. If cleaning your filter hasn't resolved the issue, then the next thing that could be preventing your dishwasher from draining is a blocked drain hose. Is your dishwasher displaying an error code? Question edited to add FULL make model (what it is). Question moved from Motorcycles category!! Likely to be the main control board, but because of the cost of it, I would advise you to get a service tech in for professional diagnosis so you don't waste any more on unneeded parts.
