Maybe. Unplug the toaster and remove the bottom plate as you would for cleaning. look for the wires connected to the middle elements and see if one has become disconnected or broken. If no luck there take it to a repairman, preferably at a Bodum Bistro repair shop. If the switch is unavailable, they may be able remove it and see if another switch can be substituted or added. The worst case would be short switch out and the grinder will be on all the time now and you can turn it on and off at the wall socket or fit an in line switch to the power cord. Ask for an estimate as it may be cheaper or at least more practical to replace it. If you try to do it yourself you may electrocute yourself or burn your house down, so do some overtime and use the money to pay for an expert repairer or a new one.
