Fuses shouldn't keep blowing and that was the cue to get it looked at. You either need to get it towed to the dealership, or contact a mobile auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to diagnose the electronics. This is not the type of issue you can fix yourself unless you spend $3.5k to $5k on a bi-directional scanner.

1. Remove bumper.
2. Pop off the grills. Easy to reach everything with the bumper off.
3. Take off the plastic fan cover.
4. Slide the latch cover off the bottom and reach up inside and pull the latch release.

You will need an auto electrician with a pro-grade programming computer.

It is one of the two. First thing is to remove and check the plug for gap and condition. Then reset the code and run the vehicle. If it does it again, you swap the coil pack from Number 4 to Number 1. If the misfire them moves to number 1 you know the coil pack is the issue. Sometimes just moving it will fix the issue as the connections get remade.

I Suspect exhaust from valves in engine building up pressure in cooling system. (blown head gasket or warped head) OP is getting the engine pressure tested. Good job!
