I remember reading somewhere about an issue with so called off brand phones(Non-Flagship)... as im in the same boat(Using Cubot Brand) and talking with my service provider today. they stated my phone isnt on the list or compatable with the at&t network anymore(atleast the calling part of it) you should still be able to use data & text. Lucky i already have a third party app for a 2nd phone and also use google voice, both of which let me make calls using my data. and if i need to contact someone i can either send a voice/text message as normal.I have read somewhere that i believe blu is trying to get onto the att network. So hopefully they do because ill just switch back sense they are a good phone company. Hope this info helps.:Edit: Even if it is 4g LTE, also spoke with a friend who has a 5g non-flagship whos carrier uses att and she isnt able to make calls from the phone but the speeds are still there. Internet works because it uses wifi. Calls use your provider, they have cut you off. Also, if you use another company SIM and if they own the phone on a 2 year contract, they will lock you out with a PUK Lock. try swipe down from top and pushing setting button then accessibility menu. is it set up to unlock by voice or if on you, if not try to access google play from a different device to check settings or reset

I don't think so, you only lose the info on your cell if you make a factory reset. If you can make a back up with an app.

For me it helped to uncheck the option "Prevent pocket dials" under Display settings.

Googled Blu phone. Blu phone is an android device. Android is another name for google. Specifically android is googles operating system. If you were looking for another contact list you will have to download an app and set that up. But on this part you are on your own for now. I an an Android user and like it that way. With a USB cable connected from phone to PC, Windows explorer should detect it as a 'Mass Storage Device'. This should also show up in 'My Computer' as a virtual drive. If not, you may need to first install BLU driver for your phone. Your phone may be set for wifi calls. If you've turned off your wifi then your phone goes into airplane mode. Have you tried disabling airplane mode through settings? You could also disable wifi calling in settings. Hope this helps
