Bandsaw blade is. Not staying straight
Whether a 2 wheel or 3 wheel bandsaw it is more of a hobby to check, care for, adjust and use than any other type of saw.
Assuming the wheels, bearings and guides are all in good condition, the common mistake is to adjust the blade tension so tight it is distorting the casing and wheel geometry, making it impossible to properly adjust the blade tracking.

I can't get the blade back into by reciprocating saw. The blade clammp won't release.
*before attempting to remove the blade, be sure the power source is either unplugged (if corded) or removed (if battery). If this is a latch style reciprocating saw, after disengaging the latch, give the end of the blade a few sharp taps with a mallet or hammer. then attempt to remove the blade by gloved hand, or adjustable pliers. if the blade is at all damaged during this process, throw it away and use a new blade next time. The blade housing may need to be blown out with some compressed air and the latch mechanism may need some lubricant. Hope this help!

Mod#113.295752 craftman table saw blade is binding trying to adjust it uprite how do i remove table top to see where its binding or what should i look for and does the top have to come off.
I am not familiar with the model so I don't know how the top comes off but usually they aren't held down by much.
Usually it only needs the plastic or aluminium insert to be removed to access the riving knife or to remove the blade.
A maladjusted riving knife is a common cause of a "catching" blade.
It is worth considering, when such saws arrive they usually need calibrating, which often means semi-dismantling the saw and rebuilding it with a higher degree of precision than the factory can muster - using a large trusted set square, an accurate blade height gauge, etc.
It is also worth considering many modern table saws also have an electric brake that is supposed to stop the blade in a couple of seconds when the power is switched off.
