on older blackberry's i know if you put wrong code in 10 times it unlocks don't know if z10 the same though

No...why would you do that? Blackberry has it's own "App World" All you need for your phone can be found in App World. It is the round blackberry icon on the screen. It's sometimes hidden away - you can type "Blackberry Application World" in the search bar to find it. Installing 3rd party Apps such as Google playstore can damage your blackberry\ Slow it down or worse corrupt the Blackberry OS (operating system)

For the I-phone, contact I-Tunes and they can track it... When getting your phones back I have an app called where's my droid... which gives coordinates for my phone if lost or stolen... You have a password and can only activate this application from specific phone numbers - which I have pre-entered and know to call from... Older phones and phones with out a similar application... I would speak to your carrier but don't see it happening. Sorry about the bad news:(
