Turn it off at the breaker and leave it off overnight. In the morning press and hold any button for 2 minutes. This fully dissipates any memory in the control board. The reconnect the power.

The Thermocouple safety device needs replacing. The thermocouple usually has a pilot light deflector over it. Make sure it hasn't moved or fallen off, or rotted out.

Dependant on age and use, the piezzo cell is either clogged up with condensed cooking steam/grease or the control panel is faulty.
There is no adjustment unfortunately.
No if the fan isn't working it has likely failed. They work in a very hostile atmosphere. Check continuity with a digital multimeter. Another possibility is that the contacts have come loose.
A reset would be simply disconnecting it from mains power for 15 minutes.

Turn off the power for 2-3 hours and test again.
