lots for reasons, (huge in fact) cold is 10x more complex than hot. scan the PCM for errors first. DTC errors check fuses. Is the AC compressor clutch engaged? the 2 lines on this compressor one gets super cold as it passed in to the firewall. hand on, it even see moisture form on it like cold beer bottle does. if yes this shows up then the problem is in the dash. dampers doors dead (blend) recircu mode. cold set, the service manual covers all this, DIY folks need that book some AC (mine does) has HVAC self test in the book. with flash codes, (damper blind dead?) RTM read the manual is always best, check for blown fuses.1st.

You need a good mobile auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to diagnose the anti theft system and the Body Control Module functions. You have obviously blown fuse's and maybe relays, check the vehicle hand book for fuse location

Your battery( main starting battery as the car has two ) for this model is actually in the boot / trunk area on the left hand side hidden behind the trim. Once in the boot / trunk area - you will see the trim on the side has a plug socket on it - the battery is in there.....and that plug is where you attach the Bentley trickle charger.

I would have thought its a immobiliser fault , but it needs to be code read . If it is a immobiliser fault a good mobile key guy can sort that out.

One check you can do is open the fuel cap see if you hear air rushing in when you open it. If so try starting the engine with the fuel filler cap removed if it starts this indicates the filler cap is blocked and either needs cleaning out or replacing. This causes a vacuum in the tank that will starve the engine Also if there is a fuel filter in the system this should be checked/replaced if filter is full of debris then it would be an idea to have the whole fuel system and tank cleaned out. Often with older cars and especially ones that may have been filled from cans in the past if allowed to run too low on fuel will pick up debris from the bottom of the tank.thy these first before outlay on a new pump to test fuel to the engine. Remove or loosen a fuel line from an injector and see if fuel is present when turning the engine. If so then fuel is not the issue. Hope this is useful.
