You need to replace the spring. You can usually find parts online.

The larger screw controls the pull weight, that is how many pounds weight on the trigger.
The front smaller screw controls the length of the first stage, whether you want a short first stage or a longer one.
The rear small screw controls the lenght of the second stage which can be reduced to zero.
Wont fire when we put in the bb or pellets just
Hi, The best thing to do is simply bring it back with your sales reciept.Any Walmart will return it within 30-days.Tell them that it is defective.Don't let them tell you to send it back to the company..Let them give you a new one.Hope is helps you out.Joseph A Bagli.
Dismantling an airgun for shipment
Not sure why you would want to dismantle it. Send it like it is. You may be able to get a box from your local gun store to ship it in. BTW, you can ship long guns via USPS, will save you money that way.
