My baby lock ellageo will not read the pes files I create in embrilliance but will read the dst files I create. HELP!

In the embrilliance software check the hoops size. Dst files do not save hoop size in the DST parameters but pes files do. If the hoop is not one that the Ellageo supports it will not read the pes.. Hope this solves it. Chris

I have a baby lock Esante EXE when sewing a straight stitch, i take my foot off the foot peddle but the machine will continue to sew about 5-8 stitches instead of stopping, any ideas why this happens?

Try to solate the problem to machine or foot control by detaching foot control and use stop/start. If stop after a start exhibits same as foot pedal then likely the problem is machine control board else, foot pedal. Could be foot control is sticking and not completely opening or slow to open.

I have an Image Baby lock serger, top thread keeps breaking after about sewing 2-3 inches. What could be causing this?

Could d be damaged needle plate, or timing, or be sure the top thread is threaded correctly, last it could be timing of lower looper or height of needle bar. For which you will need a qualified tech

I have a baby lock espree embroidery machine that I haven’t used in a very very long time.. the bobbin is busted so I put in a new class 15 and I am immediately getting huge tangles and knots - I am afraid I am using wrong type of bobbin. Can someone please tell me what the manual says to use for bobbin and needles. Thank you in advance!

The bobbin for the BabyLock Espree EM1 and Espree II EM2 is the plastic Brother SA155 or 136492-001. You can also use the metal Brother 125701-001. A source for the plastic bobbins is https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/bobbins-babylock-bernina-brother-riccar-136492-001.aspx . There are other reference numbers listed at the bottom of the page. You can use any regular sewing machine needle appropriate for the fabric and thread. Singer 2020, Schmetz 80x12, 90x14 or Janome 15x1 needles are among the compatible needles. See https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/babylock-em1-sewing-machine-parts.aspx?sort.ss_cat_sort=desc&index=140 for some of these needles. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

I am looking for a manual of a Baby Lock serger # DBL34-60

The manual is available as a PDF at some sites. A printed copy is available here: https://www.sewusa.com/Sewing_Machine_Manuals/Babylock_Manuals/DBL_34-60_Instruction_Manual.htm . The site uses Paypal for order processing. Another source that has the PDF as a download or a printed copy is https://www.babylockmanuals.com/Babylock_Instruction_Manuals.htm . Scroll down to find the DBL 34-60; it's the eighth machine listed. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

Baby Lock Espire sewing machine (2008): Needle down does not actually pierce the fabric anymore - I'm using the walking foot and it was fine for hours, now tip of needle stops at surface of fabric.

Screw on the needle bar has probably come loose and has let it slip ,retighten and then you will need to retire the machine
