The phone should ring with your current ringtone. Each press of the conf button will advance to the next tone.

Hi,as far as I know most phones have internal battery so that the hand set hase power.

Your voice mail extensions are programmed incorrectly in the system. You need to enter the System Programming mode from Ext 10 or 11 and use #607 to set the correct voicemail extensions.

A phone tech or system admin will need to reset the phone password on the phone system.

I am not sure why you would want to disable G on the phone. G specifies that you are part of a Hunt Group. To be taken off the hunt group, please contact your phone system administrator. The "D" stands for diverting (forwarding) calls, which means forward unconditional is enabled. To cancel all forwarding, Dial *00

Go to the room where your phone system is. DO NOT UNPLUG ANYTHING. At the bottom of your processor (should say ACS Processor) there is a small gray door with a black latch. Pull this out, and replace the two AAA batteries, and the message will self clear. Again, DO NOT POWER OFF THE SYSTEM OR REMOVE ANY CARDS.

Can you please list the cards in the system? IE: 308 EC, 206 EC ? Should be int the middle of the cards of your phone system.
