What you are experiencing is loss of programming. Is this fixed? Could be the batteries need replacing....

Go into the phone settings and see if you can change the ring number.

Does your extension physically hang up? Can you put the line on hold, pick it up from another phone and hang it up?If so, the phones clicker might be bad....
