There could be several causes, but my first thought is a defective storage unit. I assume you backed up to an external drive? They usually don't last but a few years. If the corrupted data is on the same hard drive as the program, I would suggest checking your hard drive for errors.

Microsoft have stopped supporting win xp , win7 so you will not any help from them

A call to Avantquest tech support might get you the link you need. Avantquest for whatever reason is not posting Patches and Fixes for their software on their website. You have to contact Tech Support which I think is bad.
I would not trust a download link from someone who provides you this unless the link is pointing to an Avantquest location.
