How do I retrieve my messages on the Lucent 18D
Hello.
To listen to your messages
Press Intercom 777
At the prompt enter your extension number (Feature 00 before starting the procedure will tell you your extension number)
At the prompt enter your passworde (1234 is the default)
Listen for the instructions

Call your service provider and ask them to end that 3rd party app. Also, you can usually go to the web site of the add on and send the stop request over the web or call the add on company and get it removed that way, at least for the future.

heeey um its probally because you have used the phone to much or you have got some part of the phone wet take out the battery and leave it in a warm place like in the window with the sun for an hour if that doesnt work im sorry

TRIED POWERING OFF-PROBLEM STARTED 2/WEEKS AGO.
1. First, try resetting your phone by powering it off completely and then turning it back on after a few seconds. This can sometimes resolve minor software glitches.
2. If the problem persists, you can try contacting your mobile service provider and ask them to reset your voicemail on their end. They might be able to resolve the issue from their system.
3. Another option is to manually check your voicemail and listen to any existing messages. Sometimes, even if you've listened to a message, the indicator might stay on. By checking your voicemail and ensuring there are no unread messages, it might help clear the indicator.
