You will need Adobe Reader software (free) to download the manual, save it (to a computer file, which I recommend you name: Auidovox Smartphone, or something like it so you can find the document easily), and print it for easy reference. If you do not know how to do that or if your AT&T GoPhone is your only access to the Internet, then seek the help of a relative or a good friend with Internet access, a computer, and a printer.

sounds to me like the phone was built for Verizon and programed for them. You might not be able to change that. Call the 800 number.Good luck

Not necessarily. If you very carefully open up the upper dark portion of the back of the phone (where the antenna extension is), you'll see that the antenna of the phone is actually a metal track which winds around the back of the headplate.

Check to make sure the two prongs which touch this headplate can do so without any problems. If the internal antenna is corroded, it may need to be replaced.

There is a light at h e top of the phone, do a light comes on when you plug the charger in. it supposed to be red to let you know the battery is dead and charging.
