Hello, my monitor has streaks running through top
Possibly conflicting with something or the card has failed or it could be a driver issue try & update the drivers if this doesn't work check in device manager if there is a yellow exclamation mark then there is a conflict somewhere, if driver update doesn't work & no conflicts are found your card has failed & will need to be replaced.
I cant figure out what is wrong with my card its
Sometimes updates cause problems such a yours; sometimes the monitor is the problem. If you have a VGA out on your computer, run your monitor from it and then roll back the driver to the previous version. If you can't do that, uninstall the driver, hook the monitor up to the card and let it download the driver. By the way, I keep a couple basic video cards and an old monitor around (that my current operating system recognizes) for just such problems as you are having.
