To set the date and day on your Armitron 20/4591TT watch, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the mode button until the display starts flashing.
2. Use the hour and minute buttons to set the current time.
3. Press and release the mode button to move to the date setting.
4. Use the hour and minute buttons to set the current date.
5. Press and release the mode button to move to the day setting.
6. Use the hour and minute buttons to set the current day of the week.
7. Press and release the mode button to exit the setting mode.

If you are having difficulty setting the date and day on your watch, you may want to consult the owner's manual for additional instructions.

This is the most likely cause Tip & How-To about Watches Changing Watch Batteries Lots of posters ask "what is the battery in my (name of watch)" with a view to changing it yourself. This is a bad idea for many reasons. You don't have the tools or knowledge to remove a rotary screw on back, or the gasket sealant for a waterproof watch. Some fashion watches have 4 traditional screw and need professional grade jeweler screwdrivers. Also, there are about 20 batteries commonly used in watches, in various sizes and internal technology, Lithium Ion, Silver Oxide and Manganese Alkaline. If you buy them, you generally have to buy 10! Don't sweat the details. Just take the watch to your local jeweler. They have all the batteries at hand and the tools to remove the back. It is done whilst you wait for $8 to $15! There are 48 hour settings possible 12AM hours 12 PM hours and 24 non designated (military time). Keep cycling through until the correct hour comes around. Make sure it says either AM or PM if you do not want military time.

Still under warranty send back to manufacturer or dealer where you bought it.
